I love this car, but the boat carrying my R32 is finally in port and it's time to say goodbye. She's in excellent shape, and has been obsessively maintained. One small shopping cart ding near fuel door, but otherwise as clean as day one. If I don't sell her by the time my car reaches the dealer, I'll have to trade her in. I'd love to sell her through YarisWorld, that way I'll know she's going to a good home.

Title in hand and priced to sell. Feel free to PM me here, or email me (wahjunk at mac dot com). Thanks

Price Reduced $11,000

Thanks,

Yeah, I've been on VWVortex since '01. I used to have an '02 GTI (and a few air-cooleds too). I miss that GTI so much. When they announced the MKV R32 in Feb, I just couldn't say no. I put my deposit down the next day. It's a shame, I've really fallen in love with this little car. In my opinion the Yaris is the closest vehicle in spirit to the original Beetle since the original Beetle. I'll probably be on the tex in a few years selling the R for some souped up Yaris R equivalent. Man, I gotta stop getting so emotionally attached to my cars.

um, here's a question. would you mind parting out anything installed on your car?

I've had a few PM's asking me the same thing. I'd like to try to sell the car as is first. The mods are attractive to some buyers, and my first priority is to sell the car. If I don't sell the car before my other car arrives, I'll consider selling the pulley and the strut-bar. Those folks whom I've already PM'ed would have first dibs on these parts.

Yeah, me too. I feel terrible that we couldn't get our schedules to work out. Good luck in your car search Henry.

Now, for the rest of y'all. My new car has left the port and is due any day now. I'm knocking $500 bones off of the asking price, but at this point I'd only be able sell to local or semi-local (L.A., Ventura, O.C. ish) folks. This is the only place I'm advertising this vehicle, and I'd really like to see her go to someone from the boards.

Reduced Price $11,000

P.S. Yes Alpha, If I end up trading her in you've got first dibs on the strut bar.

Just wanted to say that "Wah" was a very good person to deal with and cooperated very well. His price is the best I have seen ANYWHERE.
