New Speeding Ticket! But It Wasnt Me!

i got a a letter in the mail from the District of columbia. apparently i was doing 44 in a 25 and a speed camera got me.

heres the twist, it wasnt me at all, the picture of the tag is blurry as hell but is almost exactly like my tag. and the tailights are that of a 2008 or 2007 camry which are no way near the tail lights of a yaris, i have black rims and the car in the picture has stock aluminum wheels.

picture was taken in the middle of the night 30 miles from where i live

appeal it at your courthouse, they can clearly estimate the size of the car and everything, when you show them your car. and they see the photo they have to dismiss it.

wow that sucks, we have the cameras here but they dont work, they take the pictures way to late

I recieved one of those once when I didnt have correct change at a toll road by Atlantic City and no one was at any station so I just drove through. Two weeks later I got the ticket and in was dropped due to lack of employees at the site. I would definitley fight it.

whoa that is so messed up. I never had any speed cameras catch me and gimme a speeding ticket and I hope I never get it.

Memo to all: To avoid red light camera tickets just ensure someone is riding your ass through it. The camera cant get your plate due to the tailgater. This worked twice for me in ATL. Plus the tailgater gets the ticket. RICH.
