after much thinking and designin' i have decided to hold off on the current turbo project and replace the current turbo with a Garrett T25 unit.

as you guys know i have a GT2056(vw ko3 replacement) that i was gonna use for the turbo project on my Yaris hatch but after spending hours yesterday trying to figure out the best way to connect the turbo to the manifold, i have decided to get rid of the gt2056 and get a more diy friendly turbo, either a T3 or 14B/TDO5.

So after wasting hours on ebay looking for a good turbo to use, not the crappy china made "t3 supersonic bionic nasa approved" ones, i finally found this:

is a Garrett T25 turbo, brand new for a reasonable price. i already found the inlet/outlet flanges for the pipes and hopefully i'll get it by the end of the week. then more time to line everything up and weld.

man i hate waiting, i'm really impatient:laugh:
