This is totally crazy.
I posted my Vibe on AutoTrader.com so I could sell it and use the $$$ for a down payment on a new Mustang.
By the time I got home, I had a call from a Russian living in new York that wanted to fly down and buy it! That just screams internet scam, doesn't it?
Well, we worked out the logistics of meeting, and 2 days later he shows up with a big envelope full of $100 bills. Off to the bank we go, they check it all out, 100% legit. $6k goes into my account, and he takes off in my Vibe headed back for Brooklyn.
That is easily the strangest car deal I've ever been involved in.
Ironically, I chose the most expensive AutoTrader ad that runs indefinitely.

I will be passing that gas station right by.... BTW I have ran a few stangs and they ain't that fast buddy, with the weight I have dropped and the HP I have added I have been able to hang with stock mustangs no problem.... and use much less gas doing so
plus the cost to repair and maintain yours over the next 5 years probibly will exceed the value of my vehicle

Yup, my point exactly. My MPG is gonna' SUCK.

Somehow I can't imagine a Yaris hanging with a car that does 0-60 in 5.1 seconds.

That, I really don't doubt, especially if you start counting modifications, and considering what the value of your Yaris will be in 5 years.
Honestly, it's not so much the power I'm interested in as the style. I've always wanted an older car, and the Mustang is a great way to get that classic styling with much newer technology. If power was my main concern, I'd be after a Dodge Charger.... more power, very competitive price.
