So I finally saw this movie for the first time ever on TV. And I must say wow.. I really enjoyed it and I have always loved Johnny Depp.. not just cuz he's hot either but because he's a great actor. But after seeing this movie, I must say that I have a whole new appreciation for him. And winona ryder looked so hot in the movie too haha.

That is surprising. Vincient Price as his dad in the last role before he died was nice too. I remember when I was growing up, my dad always watched Mystery on PBS and he was the host.
You can't really go wrong with a Tim Burton movie - even if they are misses, the design is enough to satisfy :D

Anyone see the Corpse Bride? That was a great movie! The claymation is so smooth and the lighting is SO amazing, I actually thought it was CG. The "making of" in the special features was mind-blowing! Depp voices the main character (looks just like him, albeit a bit skinnier).

yeah, the corpse bride was fantastic. i think the film noir animation style was fantastic, tim burton really has a way of creating a world within a movie.
mars attacks, ed wood, the first two batman movies were the only ones worth watching, and musn't forget peewee's big adventure!

I loved the Corpse Bride. Tim Burton knows how to make you feel sorry for the underdog/out-of-place character. and love them at the same time

Apes blew and big fish, meh.
A few years ago Burton was mentioned for the last Superman movie (with Nick Cage):barf:
Dont get me wrong..love Cage but not for the Man of Steel (Brandon Routh perfect in that role).

umm isn't nicolas cage a bit old to be playing superman??
Anyway, I have Big Fish. It was sad but I loved the random creativity in it.. i just like stuff that can stretch my imagination since I have a pretty weird imagination.

I am a huge Cage fan but that role would probably be a stretch. He'd need a good rug for sure.
I was very impressed with Big Fish, not often does any movie actually touch me. I thought it was well done.
