Hey everyone,

I have a Yaris Hatchback and as you all know, there's no tach in there. I saw a picture of a Canadian guage cluster and saw that they have a tachometer along with an KPH gauge. Will this plug into the US spec ones and work fine without any serious modification? I ran a search but could not find an answer, thanks in advance for any help.

There was a old post about this...odd how you couldn't find it in the search

But basically if i recall correctly you can install the Canadian gauge in the US
However there was something w/ the odometer...something about being in Km instead of miles...forget...

on the Canadian gauge, the kph is on the top, and the mph is below, in smaller print..but I'm not sure if that would make much of a difference.

Well I figured as long as it has MPH on it somewhere (Which I saw in smaller print below the KPH in the pic). So it will plug in and still give an accurate MPH reading? Does anyone have a link to the old post? I've been looking around on here for the past hour and a half lol.

Sounds like we'll be getting an equivalent U.S. cluster with the release of the '08 "S" Hatch. Just wait, it should solve the problem.

Sounds like a plan, but how much does an OEM cluster run for from the dealer? Anyone have an idea?
