Where is my oil leak coming from? The Gearbox?

I have recently noticed an oil leak on my Yaris. It is coming from the back of the engine on the left hand side (of the car - or the right of the engine as you look at it from the front of the car). It appears to be coming somewhere under the drive shaft. Is this where the gearbox drain plug is located? Is it possible to be leaking from the drive plug of is it more likely to be leaking from the seal as the drive shaft enters the gearbox?

There has been no work done on the car recently to damage anything.

Any ideas?

I wonder which side the water drains from the AC. I'll have to pay attention next time.
