:wub: is used when you "WUB" someone, or something (leet speek for love?)
and
:respekt: is used to give respect, or "props" to someone...(also leet speek?)

:respekt: Shows that you are impressed with someone..whether they post a picture of a sweet car, make a GREAT point in an argument, or otherwise post something COOL!!

:wub: Should be used to show affection for another member, usually when they compliment you or they make a kind, sweet statement...or in the rarity that someone make a "sensual" statement that you identify with. Mostly used back in the day with the "leg humpers" on forums. Basically, guys who would "e-stalk" the FEW girls that are on car forums by posting this in response to someone posting that they are female..
