First thanks to SROBERTS for the Power outlet mod which made this install MUCH neater, although this install is not 100% clean that mod made it 100x more presentable. I purposely left wires out a little for the pics so you can see how everything was routed. The actual install is quite a bit cleaner.

Now to Run the wires. I took the antenna and power wires and ran them over the unit in order to bring them down again.

Then I used the easily removable (lego like) side to route the wires

Finally I ran the antenna wire out the back of the side pocket to the back of the car

I don't know about the placement of your receiver, but that a/c outlet is genius!

I said the same thing originally but unfortunately at this time that is the only mount availiable for the vehicle. I am hoping TSS radio comes out with a VSM. I really dont like the placement either but I cant drive around with a receiver flopping aroung on the front seat. I am hoping for a better tighter fitting mount.
