Ok so I got my cathode kit from Oznium... the package came lickety split... i mean i ordered it saturday and got it monday... how ... i do not know, but i am amazed by their service... other than that... they sent me the wrong switch :( no biggie... i ordered an on/off/on but they gave on/off... this is where is leaves me

I want to wire my cathodes to be on with the door/off with the door closed/on when i have the switch on... with my switch that is not possible...

someone gave the suggestion to wire it to the dome light, but i do not know where to tap into the wiring and how to wire it like that without a switch... if anyone has any electronics experience with doing this it would be greatly appreciated... thanks alot!

positive wire is a 12V battery source (ignition harness has this). Your ground point will be the door trigger wire which is negative. This will give you the door on/off. But if you want to have it working with the dome, you'll have to tap the dome light negative side, and use that as your ground

they are actually going to send me the correct switch with return postage for the old one, thats cool because I was going to wire them on the weekend anyways which gives it time to get here.... I can find a power post, but what color is the door light one under the dash? is there also another place to wire the 12v wire, because i have really bad luck with ignition wires(blew out an ignition switch) Thanks alot!
