No, I don't have one...yet. I will not be able to install this myself, at all. I don't even know where to begin with something like that. I plan on going somewhere in Syracuse to have it done. My main concern is the dash, and what can be done about that. Do you think that they will do something custom for a new stereo? I actually want to get an LCD screen connected to a computer somehow (I've seen it done in a Trix), with a GPS unit, as well as new speakers all around and a sub.

I don't even know where to begin except to start searching around at places like Best Buys and Installations Unlimited and see what they can do.

It sucks, I know I'll be blowing a lot of cash out on this...

It seems like most if not all of you have done it yourself, so...I'm not sure there is a point to starting this thread, lol.

try talking to crutchfield. 1888-955-6000. Some of their sales people are not so good but for the most 5 Stars sll around. They are not pushy at all. Get their extention b4 u hang up as they work on commission. PM me on how to save $20. on a order from crutchfield.

Crutchfield has the best customer service HANDS DOWN.

This one looks decent (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-sGzkEupNV4s/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=182350&tab=morephotos&i=105KDNX500&pi=9&display=L#Tab)

So I'm guessing if I get it, I can find somewhere around here that will mod my dash accordingly? Lol (I haven't gotten a chance to actually go out and ask different places)

If anyone knows the 'cuse area, feel free to give some input.

<---Clueless :D

If you order from Crutchfield they provide all parts for the installation, theres no modification to the dash

I looked at the installation link and it said there would have to be.

"Installation Details for your 2007 Yaris

» To install this product, you’ll have to modify your vehicle.
» You will need to fabricate a mounting kit in order to install your new receiver.
» If the factory radio is replaced, the factory AUX input connection will be lost.
"

Maybe I don't understand what they are saying?

No, you don't understand. That's okay, they aren't clear

This (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?p=74314&highlight=replace+head+unit+sedan#post74314) is what you need to do, assuming you have the integrated stereo. (means it doesn't look like you can easily swap it. So the "modifications" involve buying a new part and installing it. I've never done it, but I'm sure it's a piece of cake.
