Painting advice/your opinion..

I painted the Chrome piece on the deck lid and the exhaust tip (powder coated black) but I'm thinking of getting it chromed again. Below are two pictures one everything chrome and the other black.

The chrome pic doesn't have the tail lights smoked - what do you guys think?

(the last pic is Jamal's car smoked out tail lights with the deck lid and emblems chromed..)
