Hey all!
So Im lookin into buying some new shoes for my cutie and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good/cheap websites where I can purchase some.
I am thinking about getting black with a chrome lip. It looks hot on the polar white! Originally I was pushing more towards some white rims but Im afraid its going to be too much of a hassle to keep them clean, ya know?
And any ideas on performance tires? I cant remember what i bought for my celica years ago. I think it was something like toyo...something....well I cant remember. LOL!
Thanks for all the love and help!

FYI, white actually covers dirt and brake dust better than black in my experience. Black looks dirty very quickly...

Really? wow, I thought it would be the other way around...
hmm, maybe I should give white a secone thought...

You know what, I saw some white rims with a crome lip on TV before but I couldnt find them online at all. That would look hot!

Yeah, white, black, or even gray with a polished lip would look great.

Which size and style wheel do you prefer?

17" has more choices than 16"

205/45/17 or 205/50/17

Interesting that you mention 205/50/17's.

I saw a bunch of Vitz running 205/50/17's in Japan, but I never suggested them on this forum because I think members would think they're way too tall... which they are not if you aren't lowered.. and they actually look great and fill the wheel wells so nicely.

I was told to stay at 17's or lower because anything higher than that would cause my speedometer to be inaccurate.

Not sure if thats true...but I had my heart set on 18s and then get some TRD lowering springs.

The accuracy of your speedo has nothing to do with wheel diameter; rather, it has everything to do with the diameter of the tire you choose to install.

If you plan to lower your car, remember that wheel offset is especially critical. Most wheel shops will eagerly sell you the wrong offset because quite frankly they don't know the Yaris well enough and operate from a one-size-fits-all mentality.

Before you buy, post and get some feedback.

Thanks for the headsup!
When I make the final decision, Ill post it up.
