Just finished WINNING, a paypal claim against this seller...

bought a kinetic battery, paid that day, never received item, emailed the seller 12 times, 0/zero/ zip for a response, they even ignored paypal...

look at his feedback this month alone 23 positive, 11 negative...

Well he did have 11 negative feedback in a month. I am new to Ebay , but I wouldnt trust someone even if they sold the product dirt cheap and had 11 negative feedback in a month. I about had to do a dispute today but then I received the package today.

by Kinetik. We only authorize car audio dealers to sell Kinetik from
storefronts. I am looking into this seller as we speak."

Ya its like a bunch of companies I have seen looking for "resellers", but when you come to them for a problem with the product then they say we dont condone internet sales or sales on EBay when you know that the original comapny is selling them to the resellers and making a profit, but dont want anything to do with it after it leaves their hands.
