Spark Plugs

Ok, I changed the spark plugs and put everything back, when I started the car
it vibrated like a mofo also there was a thumping sound coming out of the engine. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's not firing correctly. Make sure that you set the spark gap correctly. Make sure you didn't accidentally switch the correct order of the spark plug wires. Make sure the spark plug wires are seated correctly and making contact properly.
