Hi Kimona - I am in H.B too - am looking for a solution to my knee issues from driving my 2007 Yaris sedan. The extreme right location of the gas pedal forces my leg to torque uncomfortably, and I am experiencing extreme knee pain. I think if i can retrofit pedals that extend further to the left, it might solve it. Gonna post the question on the Forum too. Know of any local shops that might do that work? thanks.
