The fan needs to move air past the condenser to cool the refrigerant. How else is air suppose to cool it down unless you’re moving.

you don't need colder plugs unless you're making about 100hp over stock or it's a dedicated race car. Colder plugs with just foul up because they're not getting to operating temps to burn away...
