Enkei RPF1s on daily driven car?

Just curious how durable they are or if anyone has used them on a daily driven car? I wouldn't be off roading or anything - just about a 150 miles a day commuting to and from atlanta 5 days a week

they are nice looking rims. I've never had experience with them but as long as you don't hit some massive pot holes you should be fine. Most failures you see online are from guys getting too excited and drifting into curbs.

Any pot hole large enough will damage even a steelie. I have a slight bend in the lip of my oem steelie from a bad pothole a couple years ago...still holds air no problem!

RPF1s are so popular they are almost overdone. I've known several people using RPF1 wheels with no issues, and in general, have not heard of any.

So long as you don't bang through potholes etc you will be fine. I drive with light wheels and never had a problem, but I am always paying attention to not hit stuff.

I think RPF1s look good on many vehicles, but then I care more about performance. 10lbs in a 15x7 looks pretty nice to me ;)

I was considering going up the 16" version... I've got 15" alloys stock and have always used Pirelli P4 tires so I was considering the 16" P4 incarnation. I think it was like a 205/55? I was trying to figure out the suspension drop? The car is a daily driver and currently has about 234k miles on it so that's why I'm sticking with high mileage rated tires.

The charts here illustrates the various tire sizes vs heights.
You will see that 205/55-15 is .2" taller than the stock 185/60-15's.
You might consider 205/50-15 should you be hoping for some drop.
