Mudguard Install
Hi all,
I am in the process of installing mud guards on my 2008 Yaris Sedan. I already purchased the mudguards and I am in process of getting the spring clips and screws. I just need 4 spring clips and screws and 2 screws with bolts for the back mudguards. My problem is with the front mudguards. I have these "screw grommet" I suppose. My question is will the screw just fit in there or will it shred it apart. attached below are the pictures for reference. More over, I plan to do a DIY for Sedan Mud Guard Installation. I plan to get this done this weekend before the rain season starts. Any help is appreciated. |

Yes the screws go into the screw grommet on the front, and there are dimples for the back. The mudguards were one of the first modifications I did to my Yaris about a month after I got it late 2006. It's pretty simple and easy.
