Unhappy Clock \ Ambient \ Trip computer not working

Heya Guys !

haven't been on here for a while.

I need some advice, recently my display for the trip \ Temp \ clock
has just stopped working.

It does some days come on and then disappear in a few seconds.

I have went trough the fuses etc. but its only this part.

I don't know what to do any further, its been working until now.
2008 Yaris Hatch

Thanks in advance :)

It wouldn't be a fuse, if the rest of the instrument cluster lights up, it would be an internal issue. I would open the instrument cluster and make sure that the small piggyback board is fully seated into the connector on the larger circuit board.

As I mentioned above - Open the cluster and check the seating of the small piggyback circuit board. If that doesn't help, then you are looking at a cluster with an internal fault.

Your 2003 is quite a bit different than that of the prior posters. For yours, check the 15A ACC fuse in the under dash fuse panel.

Yes. On the MK1 Yaris it is in the fuse panel that is below the steering wheel.

I registered just to ask. I bought one Yaris 2008 hatchback today and I just noticed I am facing the same issue. Can someone tell me how to make this work or how to reseat the board/connector. Thanks.
