Question OEM Hood stickers...

So I am installing my CF Hood and I would like to know if the dealer would be the only place to get these two stickers so that I can place them on the new hood as well?

Why? Just keep a copy of the above picture in your owner's manual somewhere...

Would just like to have them on my new CF Hood...some states require them to be there in order for you to pass inspection. I got hooked up by Brian on MI with the part numbers. I ordered them and paid less than 7 bucks shipped:

Label, Service Info (11296-27020) $1.28
Label, Vacuum Hose (17792-21070) $1.50
Label, Cooler Service (88723-52060) $.74
Label, Emission (11298-21120) $1.42

Thread can now be locked by an Admin. Thanks.

Wow, really? Required by law? Amazing!

Things are pretty relaxed here in Texas, our inspections (which cost less than $15), consist of checking the lights, signals, horn, wipers and brakes. It takes longer to do the paperwork than to conduct the actual test!

Yeah I lived in TX for 4 years while active duty at Fort Hood. I got a kick out of how TX works with vehicular laws...very lax in my opinion on many things and over active on others. I guess the right wheels get greased for some people just like any other state.

Thanks for taking the time to get the info and posting.

That said.....has anyone removed their originals? If so, what did you use to not damage the paint. I'm thinking heat gun and peel but wondering if there is another way.

Nothing for nothing, but with how cheap the originals are you would have no reason to try and pull them off the OEM hood to transfer them somewhere else I would think.
