Tough Decision... repainting rims.

So i have this set of super advan sa3r's and they are pretty thrashed. So im going to get them sandblasted and powdercoated but i'm having a hard time on the color. they are currently black with a blue lip

i am thinking about going glossy black with a polished silver lip or straight up all glossy or flat black. here is a pic of an old set i bought that was already painted flat black and then coated in glossy.
Flat Black

Glossy

I have the center caps on my new set so i was hoping i could get some opinions from people here before i made my decision. Should i keep the lip polished? should i ditch the lip and go Either Glossy, Satin or Flat? i'm even considering getting them gold. let me here you. Thanks.

Polished lip + glossy black. Give the caps similar treatment (is that gold on there? paint it silver) and paint the centre (round "bolt" head) black.

Sandblast it down to the aluminum and leave it that way. It'll match the brake drum and caliper. Either that or all black (glossy for easier cleaning) to match the tire.

^ Whoa, look who posted. Hi!

....black with polished lip will make them look like cheap wheels. These are Advans!

Satin black is sexy, do that.

Hi Garm! How's life in SoCal? I'm in Vancouver now - currently working on taking the antenna out of my rear window and into a roof thingy.

I still vote for unpainted aluminum!
