front end damage

Hi everyone, I'm new here, I just bought an 09 Yaris a few days ago. It's going to be my wife's car mostly but I'll drive it back and forth to work as well. The previous owner mentioned the radiator being replaced, and a/c compressor as well. To me, that was a dead giveaway that it had been wrecked. However, the car checked out good and drove straight, so I decided that we would get it. I was even able to talk the guy down on the price. Well, I discovered this metal piece on the front that is bent in and I'd like to replace it. I'll attach some pics. I don't know what it's called, but I'd like to replace it asap.
