Noob HID

Hey I'm new to the Yaris Community I have a 2008 yaris sedan and i'm looking for a good site or store to buy a hid kit from....i've searched the forum a bit but didnt really see any vendors......any help will be appreciated....thanks

Take a look at the vendors/sponsors in the Marketplace Section of Yarisworld and see if you can find something there. :) I can't favor one sponsor over the other.
-OR- you can do a "search" and look for HID. Read up and you may find a good vendor.

Bear in mind that you might want to think about a projector HID retrofit kit or aftermarket projector headlights. The Yaris reflectors don't work very well with HID bulbs alone: they have TONS of glare and will give a pattern that blinds oncoming drivers. Many states will write tickets for this if its bad enough.
Even if you get away with it in your area, you'd be much more pleased with the beam produced by an HID in a projector.

i bought some froma friend in ottawa last week.....installed them and theyre awesome

but its hard to beat microimages prices....unless you PM me ;)

Very nice, Camell! Where did you find bulbs with the full glare shields? Also, are yours Bixenon?
