Car Turns over but won't fully start after cruise control mod

I followed this guide exactly, but whenever I try to start the car it turns over, but will not fully start. Is there anything I can do?

I did this mod many many years ago and have no problem. Do you have a manual or automatic? what happens if you keep your clutch/brake depressed?

I have an automatic hatchback, and it still doesn't turn on even with the brake fully depressed. thanks so much for your help. My uncle thought I might have bent a pin in the ECU when I was doing that part, or not seated something fully.

I thought maybe it might have been a bad switch. But yeah, check for bad pin(s).

Well if I knew this guy wasn't going to respond with a third post. I wouldn't of bothered to upload my video to YouTube to help him out. Ill take it back down now.

Sorry. In the 2009 and newer models the cable was just run for you. I ended up buying this from eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/19252327533...mis&media=COPY And it’s working really well. Thanks for uploading the video though

Is there a video or instructions on how to do this cheaply for a 2009 3 door manual?
