Help!!!
I recently bought a Yaris, two days ago a hit the sidewalk and my bumper fell off, then the car failed to start, has this happened to anybody here before???
Is this a failsafe device or what the hell is going on??? Thanks. |

If you hit the curb hard enough to take the bumper off you may have loosed a fuse, a relay, some wires or tubes, the battery's connections and/or the starters connections.
I would start looking for anything that's loose.

I would take that thing to the dealership on a tow truck. Bad luck to you though on the curb.

Just out of curiousity, how does a bumper 'fall' off this car from a curb bite? Were you doing 60 or something?
