TOYOTAFEST SUCKED!!! for me at least

Recieved my entry pass from Mazilla on Thursday, went to work on Friday.
Came home from work Friday afternoon.
Envelope and entry pass = GONE
My elderly mom lives with my wife & I and she thought it was ''junk mail''
and threw it away. Trashman comes Friday morning while I'm at work.
Not a chance to dig through the trash.

WTF??????

So, didn't get to go at all. F-CKIN PISSED OFF!!
Had my car highly detailed - spotless
OH, and its pouring rain this morning. Not spotless anymore.
Sh-tty luck.
Hope those who went had a good time.
Anyone have pics to rub it in????

How do you get invited? Does Toyota send everyone a pass or do you have to sign up somewhere?

If it's gone, I can sign up for next year.

It appears that some of you imply that I'm angry at my mom for a mistake.
I did state that I was F-CKIN PISSED. And I was
Not at my mom but the fact that I could not attend the meet.
Not only has she met but exceeded the role as a mother to me and thats why she lives
with my wife and I to assure she is always cared for.
Now that the meet is behind me, I'm just thinking of next years event and where I'm
gonna keep the entry pass.

About mid April someone on this site posts a thread about registration for the event.
If you come from Jersey, you just might win the longest drive award.

Just sign up! Registration starts in March or April and fills up fast:

There is another show called JCCS for Japanese Classic Cars, run by the same organization.
This year it's Sept. 28, I will be at that one as well. Two of my favorite SoCal car shows!

Too far to come to a show. Will look out here for one. Of course if it's in the winter I might change my mind. Too cold out here to have a car show then.

Didn't know about this one, is it open to late model vehicles too? Link?

Lookin' good . Did you lower it ? If so , did it help with gas mileage ? We had an Orange '80 Dodge Colt 3 door with the 1.4 ltr. and automatic tranny . Bought it used for $125 . That went on for about 3 years .
