I am also interested, I have the same sound in my 2013. I always check the coolant level, it's always full.

I hear it in my 2013, too...I'm guessing it's the gas in the tank...

If the sloshing sound is from the dash, then the AC box condensate drain is likely clogged.

sound source is from the dash not from the gas tank when the car is starting is when the car makes the sound

In that case it is likely condensate in the air box. How did you go about trying to clear out the drain tube? You need to insert something all the way up the rubber hose to poke though whatever may be blocking the end within the box.

The only other water containing item behind the dash (other than things you might shove in the glove box) is the heater core. The only way I could see it making that kind of noise would be if it had air trapped in it from a prior coolant change.

I was going to say air in coolant system

Jack up the front of the car, take off rad cap, start it, see if you get bubbles

Water in the A/C unit will slosh, that's not what this noise is.
It's more like walking in rubber boots that contain water, that squelch noise.
The noise emanates only on the initial movement of the vehicle.
Ensure manual gearbox is in N, depress clutch pedal, start the engine, select first gear, apply foot brake, release hand brake, engage clutch, within less than one revolution of the vehicle wheels one can hear the squelch.
The important part here is the revolution of the wheels.
No noise until the vehicle is in motion. Happens in forward or reverse.
I think it is part of the ABS system charging itself and getting ready for a traction control demand.
Mine has done it since new, still does, and continues to stop well.
Probably happens in Auto gear box models too.

It couldn't be the brakes or ABS system, but it could be the torque converter of the automatic transmission. I have never noticed sound out of any of my AT Yaris though.

Reading this thread might be worth consideration:
http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6053

It was the case with my '08.. and unplugging the drainage tube fixed it.

Update

Thanks for the advice on this thread. I am technically illiterate and wasn’t able to pull up the pics but figured this one out. Found the drain hose, used a straight plastic stick to break up debris. This alone didn’t do the trick but I popped it back in and then “milked” it like others suggested and probably drained two liters of water out. This is the second time this has happened to my 2010, first one was about 5yrs sho and I didn’t know better and just paid Toyota. Now time to get a cabin filter in there...
