Whiteline sway bar compatibility for 2012 yaris - Toyota Yaris Forums

Hi,

I'm from Australia and have been looking for a rear sway bar for my 2012 yaris. I believe I found one here -

Unfortunately it says it is only compatible 2005-2011 yaris models. Has anyone used this on a 2012 yaris? I know some people here use a whiteline sway bar but their cars are prior to 2012.

Yes, I can confirm it fits. I have one on my car.

The bar comes with two mounts that bolt to to the rear torsion beam. The left hand mount comes a little too close for comfort to the plastic fuel tank. I've removed my suspension and lifted the rear beam all the way up under the car to confirm that it wouldn't foul on the tank. Regardless, I still removed the corner of the mount for peace of mind.

Thank you! I ordered one and they refunded it without even asking because according to them it wouldn't fit on my car (2012 Yaris YR 1.3L auto). Time to order again.
