Just tell them your car was dented and that SET said it wasn't them and your dealer said it was like that on the transporter. Might be a dead end but it's worth a try.

SET railheads it's vehicles to locations around the Southeast...from that point on STS (Southeast Transportation Systems--a wholly owned subsidiary of SET which is in turn owned by JM Family Enterprises, Inc.) trucks the vehicles to the dealers.
