recon info
seeing as this is one of our most obscure laws ever, here's a link to probably the most compiled recon info on the net, for future yaris owners in hawaii.
http://www.forumshawaii.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=309267 p.s. while it is not necessary to get recon specifically for your exhaust, you can still get a ticket as your exhaust is not supposed to be "louder than stock," NOT softer than 90 dB or whatever. also, the rim size and the license plate requirement were amended. feel free to post any question and i'll do my best to answer them. i've had a lotta encounters with the law... |
