all center console lights gone, help!

today i was messing with my center console lights, i thought they were not bright enough so i stuck 2 leds into one connection, and then i thought i will add a third one. That's when all the lights suddenly went out, i guess is it the fuse?

When i switch the lights on(not headlights), one click up from the stalk, the logo in the dash does not even come on.

may i please ask how do I go about and fix this issue?

speedo light, radio, headlights, brake lights, rear truck lights they all work fine.
