2007 Yaris - Gap by parking brake
I dropped something between the seats, but much to my dismay the object did not fall underneath the seats. The object fell between a fairly large gap between the parking brake lever and the center panel. It appears that the gap has yet another hole on the bottom of it that leads directly to exposed parking brake cable, as well, if that helps with the location.
Nevertheless, I am no mechanic, and it seems to me from my futile attempt to dig around a little from the interior of the car as though this area is inaccessible without disassembling the centerpiece in between the seats. Does anyone know how to gain access to the area I am talking about? I didn't drop anything I'm really concerned about right now, but I'm wondering for future reference in the event I drop something combustible down there like a lighter or a battery.
