That might be enough miles (if you drove really hard on really bad roads) that some of the bushings in the front suspension (tie rod end bushing ?...etc.) might be worn, or the steering rack might be fried (mine was fried in my Suzuki Swift by 151k miles...with only parts of the last 20k miles on hard, horrendous roads). Don't know if those items would cause the particular vibration you are feeling.
