We are going forward with the first production run of the long tube header and mid pipe. We will have the following options: Cat, resonator or both

What material will the parts be made from? Also, will the cat be a bolt on affair (i.e. replaceable)?

I can't find where he said it, but I believe it will be mild steel. I would of prefered stainless cause things rust easily here in Canada.

The header will be made from mild steel with Jet Hot coating-we are also looking into cost difference for stainless steel. Cat will be bolt on (replaceable)

Okay, after doing some research I'm fine with the Jet Hot coated mild steel version if stainless turns out to be prohibitive.

And are the cat/resonator options all on the midpipe?

I'm down for cat only. Screw the resonator. That's what a muffler is for.

The header will definitley fit the sedan, but not sure about length of mid pipe-anyone know difference in length of exhaust system between hatch and sedan?

If I screw in the O2 anti-fouler will this header pass emissions test? I live in Texas and They will use my OBD2 port to check for emissions. So aslong as the header doesn't throw a CEL I will buy it later on.

The header itself will not throw a CEL-but the second oxygen sensor is an issue. If it can be fooled with anti-fouler then there should be no problem. If the header is run with a cat-then it will likely pass a sniffer test as well but the system is offficially for off-road use only.

We plan on having the header and mid pipe bolt to the axle back.

Ok because texas only uses a sniffer on 96 and older cars so as long as the O2 sensor is reading ok, the check engine light isn't on, and its not pouring out black smoke Ill be fine. Unfortunatly I will have to buy this later I'm saving all the pennies I have for the intake mani.
