The lips are great and ask blacksan about some center caps, would be a nice fished look, I'd do number 2
honest opinion on number 1 is they look dirty

Are those polished lips on steelies???
How much did that cost you? Is it worth doing that then buying new rims with/without new tires? I ask because I really don't know. Quote:

yeah, i was going to say the same thing about those hub caps, they look dirty. i would go with option number 2.

Neither - get rims or leave the hubcaps alone. The first ones look covered in brake dust - the steelies with the chrome lip look like what the taxi cabs in NYC have...
