Has to be a set date and time or at least 3 weeks ahead of time that way people can request time off for that day and that way every on can go thats how it was for ImportAlliance well it was more like 8 months head of time but you all get my point. I would say a Saturday so you all can spend all day together perhaps in Ponce at la Guancha it has plenty of space and at night you all can have a blast. lol

Ok if nobody is going to take charge Yo si va a ser en Octubre 24 en la Guancha la hora se la debe pero estoy pensando como a las 12pm para darle tiempo a los que viven lejos. Lo mas probable que yo viaje pa la Isla y me reuna con todos sin van a ir so let me know si es suficiente tiempo

Hecho, sabado 24 de octubre 2 mese y medio de anticipacion, asi le da break de pimpear los y las Yaris, y hacerle los moods necesarios pa correr jajajaja.

peor tipo esperate uno es que para ser sabado tienes que ser de noche pq muchos trabajan... y si es domingo tienes que ser por la tarde para que sea mas facil para algunos que son de lejos.....so check the date and time and ask the people that is it good 4 them at that time and date u gave...
