Question can you take the eco meter out of it's case and stick it in a gauge pod?

Just curious as to if this was possible or not. Thinking about getting one but just not sure where to mount it.

I don't think you would be able to -- unless you were willing to cut wires to get it out of the bezel and such. Are you aware that the face rotates 180 degrees inside its housing? Mounting it anywhere is really easy.

I screwed mine to center gauge pod.

Another member rotated the face upside down and mounted it underneath all the air control knobs. Other people rotate the face 90 degrees and mount it on the a-pillar. Haven't seen much else. Some people stuck it behind the steering wheel, right on the shroud -- I thought it wasn't visible enough there.
