DLC is fine, it's the Orange scanner that won't link up to the car.

Mystery solved!
Scanguage answered my Email!; Mike, The two longer pins are the ground pins, they are the chassis ground and the signal ground. These two pins are longer is because it is important that the ground is established before the power pins are connected to the OBD II port. This is a standard set the SAE, which we follow and so should anyone else that plugs into the OBD II port. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
