I am looking for a Toyota shift knob from another model.. any ideas I've been trying to find a gear knob from 08 and up scion xb,matrix, yaris ts anyone running one/selling one! they all seem to have that trim ring at the bottom to cover up the shift boot which im looking to retain for the factory look.

I just got my Yaris with the above shift knob. . . don't do it!!!!!!

The metal was already loose from the get go and it's not even metal. . . it's plastic. Furthermore, I made sure they enclosed the original shift knob and the fancy one is about half the weight. If you know anything about shift knobs, heavier is better for a better shift feel. Putting back the (ugly) original knob made the trans feel 50x better.

Food for thought. . .

The "cup holder" looks to be part of the ashtray assembly. In the US, the ashtray is (at least for 2007) an accessory for the hatch. One part number I found was 74110-52030-B0. It fits into the larger "tray" and keeps the ashtray from sliding around.
