single, seaparate projectors for low and high beams will usually be H1 bulbs. Hi/Lo setups with only one projector for both will usually be an H4.
The other posts are correct that those headlights will not fit an 09+ Yaris. C-5 bodykit is the old AIT Diablo, if I'm not mistaken. www.extremedimensions.com

i recently ordered my angel eyes for my 09 sedan..... through lots and lots of research i found you can either get the imported ones from garm on the MI online shop..... or from malaysia. not sure on the HB though. good luck!
