WTB(NJ): DC header

As the title states, preferably lightly used or like new condition.

as long as you get the one that has the O2 hole positioned correctly. they had an issue with which is why I went with the Megan Racing Header.

I never had an issue with mine. Been running strong for 8 or 9 months.

the hole was in a weird spot and it messed with the O2 sensor, they did fix it and i believe Garm now has the correct ones. Something to do with it pulling the wire or snagging on something.

I remember now. I think the hole + the anti fouler + the o2 sensor would hit some heat shielding I think. But I have that previous gen version and I am running no anti fouler and it has never thrown a code.

Thanks for the info. Is there anyway to police the differences between builds, e.g. part#?

This is what I received yesterday
http://photo.qip.ru/users/tolmach/96608749/129617602/

Same part number but Dc logo seems to be on the fourth tube as compared to this one (stole this pic from someone here) - here logo is on the third tube

http://photo.qip.ru/users/tolmach/96608749/129617601/

have not tried installing it yet, but there seems to be enough space between the hole for the O2 sensor and top bracket

^ Tolmach, yours is guaranteed to be correct for the O2 sensor. We have worked with DC Sports to make sure production is correct now. It is possible some old stock is with other resellers, I can't say -- but ones we ship now are checked personally by us for that detail.

@1.5: The anti-fouler goes between the cats, on the SECOND O2 sensor, and not on the header.

Thanks guys for the feedback. If anyone doesn't unload one before next season, I'll be buying one from Micro Image.

^ That's for headers WE ship, to be 100% clear about it.

Just to let you know.

I have bought several things from Micro Image and been very pleased every time. Garm is a supporting member and thus keeps this forum running as well.

If I had a choice of places to shop, I would buy it from him...just sayin' (getting a crank pulley for Christmas from my parents)

I'm well aware. I purchased the 23mm UR bar and Tokico HTS shocks from him the first month I had the car!

Anti-fouler is only used on the midpipe if you don't have cats.
