Kinda looks like the oil used in AC systems.

I noticed also on one of the Yari where I work PT.
No odor, no slippery feel.
I wonder if it could be windshield solvent?
Really need a larger sample.

As WeeYari says, there are not paw prints anywhere, fresh snow this morning.

Can I test the AC system pressure with a tire pressure gauge?
No. It is too high of pressure and a special connector. You can watch for the fluid to move past the sight glass, with the engine running and the AC on. The sight glass is on the aluminum tubing on the passenger side, under the hood.

If you have a black-light it should make it glow nice and bright if it's A/C oil/dye. And yes, it sure looks like A/C oil. Look at the bottom of your A/C compressor, it's probably wet with it.
Cheers.
