Scion Pioneer radio upgrade for 2008 Yaris USB port install

Tried to upload a file from J Turn Garage regarding a radio upgrade to get bluetooth in my 2008 Yaris. The article also talks about adding a USB port down where the aux 3.5 audio jack is located but does not go into any details about how to accomplish this installation. Just wondering if anyone has done this mod? If so, any things to be concerned about? I was planning on buying a eBay part and installing it in that location but want to ensure that I have everything I need to do it ahead of time. Thanks!
