maybe like 36-38 mpg.. but i have a heavy foot so i know the reason why. took a while but i got it to go 110 on the freeway.. just once. im not a speeder but when i got it i wanted to test it out.

Aloha! Just bought my silver 3 dr. liftback today...looked at the Fit, and Scion XA, but the Yaris won out!

Hello everyone

New around Yaris World. I was at the Toyota Dealership getting my truck recall worked on when I asked a sales guy when the Yaris was coming. He told me not for a long time. Two months later and they are on the lots.

I went back two days ago and all my local dealer had was a sedan for a demo and another sedan in the showroom already sold. They are not expected to get LB's in for another 3 weeks. I think the Yaris is going to be a good little car for the MPG. I currenty have a Tacoma which sucks gas big time. Approx around 17MPG

I will keep the truck for snow and bad weather since it is 4X4 and hopefully get the Yaris LB for a commuter car.

I have read thru the site and see it is very hard to get the LB in the options wanted. I will not settle even if I have to order one. I want the LB in the Blazing Blue color (is that the proper name?) loaded with the weather/convience/power package stick not auto!

I was considering the Mini Cooper but the price $$$ is way too much for what you get. The Yaris is Toyota's version of the Mini.... hahaha, for me anyways!

You bought my car. The silver liftback. Your gonna love it. I'm getting right at 38 miles to the gallon with only 800 miles on it now. Drives great. Is more peppy than I'd of imagined. YOur gonna love it.

Get used to people staring at you and the car. And folks will come up to you and ask about the yaris.

LB options are tough, as is finding a LB at this moment. Give it a few more months though at it will not be a problem.

Hi Why? Read my post under "what finance rate did you get?" You will see it is very very hard to get a LB right now in what I want

I refuse to order one till I can at least see one in person and test drive it.
