Almost there - I put the gas tank back in yesterday, and mounted the plow today for a test run. The plow sits far forward, so it really puts some weight on the front springs. Steering and handling is fine with the weight, it's just that the springs sag too much, so I am going to try to find some much beefier springs that will fit. I am also going to move the mounting pins up about 6 inches higher.

That's a possible solution. They are far cheaper than springs.

Yeah, install a roof turret... something that could be easily converted between sunroof and functional turret with a 20 mm gun or something

I just finished Crashy's 4" front lift kit. I fabricated brackets to move the lower strut mounts up 4 inches higher. The combination of the 4" lift and the pre-compression of the front springs has gained me 6" of ground clearance with the plow mounted.
