You made me think of my wiper mod.

The car is a pita to wash when the wiper won't extend, so, I cut the small plastic clip on it and it now works awesome.

Yep, I saw it on MicroImage forums, and immediately had to do mine .
Also doing the angle wiper mod, helps a bit from dust piling up on the wiper in the stock position.

I guess I should add mine to the mix. I purchased it in Jan., and most of my mods are strictly for fuel efficiency/cost savings.
