Since your car is so stock, it's hard to make it work. However, once you get the thing slammed and have some either gunmetal or black wheels, new headlights, microimage's black mesh grill, and get rid of the hood deflector, it should look great!

It looks better on a JDM RS bumper because that center section has borders rather than blending with the rest of the face, but this doesn't look bad. I think it convinced me not to do it though.

Marcus, if you're happy RAWK THAT THANG. Looks good.

OMG, did you just imply that dropping the thing lower is considered "ricing it up." And you adding emblems and a "gti front" is ricing it up? lol. You need a different mindset please!

not the dropping part..i wanted to go lower as well .. i guess the blackened front is ok..im actually happy with it again its not done. although the rs emblem kinna worries me..the thing is i actually do have an rs..but it may be too much to have it 2x on the front..now im stress...

I remember seeing a post another made awile back that looked really good. He used some sort of black vinyle and did just the center portion. What you did is the center plus extended to the sides a bit and up to the top of the grill. Which makes it look obviousely painted and not from the factory that way. What kind of prep work did you do before painting? Any sanding or atleast wash away with dish soap to strip any wax. Otherwise you are going to have wicked orange peel or atleast peeling of the paint in the near future. It looks decent from far away. But up close i would like to see more pics. To me vinyl would have been the way to go that way if you change your mind later its not permanent. =)
