Sounds good, I'm thinking on getting the TRD quick shifter too . Maybe by mid-February. Johnny Canales, hopefully you can give us more feedback.
Have you been able to drive yours yet Echo_hrs?

you should still be accelerating but if the linkage popped mid shift you're now coasting to a terrible doom

Can someone answer:
Do the shifter kits actually improve the quality of the shifting?
My car is currently a little notching going in to gear.

extremely better. Reduced throw majorly. Tested by myself and my bro, shifts are noticebly shorter and worth the money. pics arent really needed. they were covered already, not much to show. big change, what else can i say? detailed questions? I can answer specifics.

Bit the bullet and purchased the TRD quickshift piece earlier this morning.

I'll keep you all posted.

Besides, I needed a break from TRD so I just ordered 16" Silver Konig Featherlights from C2...

Cheers
Ok, sounds good. I might be up for the challenge...we'll have to wait & see what their next offering is.

Did anyone bother to get the dimensions or make a wax casting before they installed it? I'm sorry but but $100 + dollars for a block of aluminum is just highway robbery. If anyone got the dimensions I'll gladly look into duplicating the part, after all melting aluminum isn't that big a deal. Or if someone is already on this track I'll just shut up and wait!
