has anyone pulled apart their non foglight equipped from bumper? do those black pieces pop out or are they held in there in a way that you have to remove the front bumper to get at them?

also, is that rumour true that even the base sedans come pre wired for foglights even if they were not equipped with them from the factory? i will prolly modify the stock black plastic covers to house the foglight of my choice, i just want to know how much work it will be :)

i would also like to know, i have the S, but it did not come with foglights. i would like to add some in the future, unless it's a pain to add...

the non fog trim pieces are held in by clips, just pop em out, install the fogs, and pop in the new trim pieces, it's detailed in the Fog installation manual which I beleive is in the Shop manual thread.

You don't have to remove the bumper to get at them either. Just remove the bolts at the bottom that hold the splash guard and bumper together at the corners and you can reach your hand up in there.

It only takes maybe 10 minutes to take the bumper off though.
